Let’s give hope for an important minority in Albanian society that faces immense challenges daily, including unemployment, discrimination, and social exclusion. This mission requires dedication and support from all of us.

The Institute of Romani Culture in Albania has undertaken a bold initiative to empower 50 Romani youth through professional training, enabling the employment of 30 of them and supporting 10 others in creating and formalizing their startups.

This initiative goes beyond immediate assistance: it aims for the full economic and social integration of Romani families by building bridges of collaboration and promoting coexistence among our communities.
