This summer, 50 young Albanians of the diaspora had the opportunity to travel to Albania and Kosovo to reconnect with their roots and to get to know and admire closely the traditions, culture and natural beauty of the motherland.
Part of the financing for this beautiful project named “OriginAl”, was achieved thanks to the successful collection of funds through your donations on the Smile.al platform. OriginAL’s goal is to provide a unique and transformative experience for young Albanians living in different countries of the world on a fascinating journey to their homeland and inspire them to be part of a global Albanian community.
A welcoming ceremony for 50 young participants took place in August near the premises of Credins bank. They were informed about various donation activities of Smile.al, the only online crowdfunding platform in Albania, as well as the corporate responsibility of Credins bank. Among the exchanges of experiences by special guests who have been part of Smile.al projects, young people shared new and very interesting ideas for the development of donations from this platform.
