The action

Vodafone Albania Foundation’s annual initiative, #ShineALight, empowers girls and women victims of domestic and gender-based violence. This initiative is part of a global movement united by the belief that through collective action, we can overcome even the most challenging obstacles and build a brighter future for all.

This year, Vodafone Albania Foundation invites you to a symbolic hike to the top of Dajti Mountain on Saturday, March 9th. 

Join us and support Vodafone Albania Foundation’s initiative for girls and women empowerment! The registration fee on “Smile” platform is of 2,000 Albanian lekë. Together, we can reach new heights and empower those facing challenges. Double your impact! Vodafone Albania Foundation will match every 2,000 ALL donations raised through Dajti hike, aiming at a total of 600,000 Albanian lekë. These funds will directly support “Rozalba House” in Lezhë, providing a safe shelter for women and girls who have bravely overcome trafficking and violence. 

Building on last year’s success, Vodafone Albania Foundation’s hike returns for another empowering climb! In 2023, thanks to your generosity we were able to raise a remarkable €11,000 for a shelter supporting women and girls facing domestic and gender-based violence. This year, join us again to reach new heights and make a difference for even more lives.

All contributor through Smile.al platform is invited to this hiking.
