The action

Despite the increasing investments for improve schools’ infrastructure, there are still needs and demands especially on offering innovative and up to date infrastructure for them. The establishment of entrepreneurship labs, now that information technology offers much more space and opportunities for students and teachers, is an excellent opportunity to develop students’ knowledge and practical skills about entrepreneurship. Building friendly environments for children, equipping them with tools and technology that will facilitate the learning entrepreneurship in a practical way. This initiative will equip students with business skills through gamified learning, innovative 2D didactic tools and child friendly platforms that JAA uses to educate future entrepreneurs. This investment will benefit generations of students who attend the schools where these laboratories will be established and operate.

In parallel with the creation of appropriate infrastructure in schools, it is necessary to apply practical models that develop knowledge and practical skills in students. JAA has long experience in the development and application of these models, in the format inside and outside the school, as activities that can be easily applied by teachers in the school environment, developing students’ skills and knowledge on entrepreneurship. “”Finance&Entrepreneurship Camp”” is one of these models that JAA intends to share as a methodology with teachers not only of the two schools targeted by this project, but also more widely with teachers of the schools of the respective Local Education Offices in the future. 320 students in two 9-year schools will benefit from the project: – 210 students of “”Mother Teresa”” school in Lezha. – 110 students of “Kozma Basho”” school in Pogradec.
